We ship with US Mail and UPS.

Please allow 10 days to 2 Weeks for delivery. If you need expedited shipping, please indicate that in the comment screen at the end of your order, and we will contact you directly to let you know if we can acommodate your request.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy for our on-line store is the same as our retail store: Except in the cases of damage, defect, or shipping error All Sales are Final . Please select your products with care. Feel free to contact us in advance with questions. We list a phone number and email address for your convenience. (Please note: Please direct web order questions to the number or email listed for the on-line store. The retail store will not be able to answer questions about on-line orders.)

We make every effort to represent color and size as closely as possible. Keep in mind that some monitors will read colors slightly differently than others.

We personally hand pack your products with care given to ensure safe delivery. If your product should arrive damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, and we will arrange to replace the product. After 72 hours we will consider that the product was satisfactory.
